All key work and mechanics are created by hand to ensure the most precise fit and accurate performance. Our craftsmen have spent years honing their skills to perfection, and take great pride in their work creating instruments with consistency and precision. This level of workmanship is realized through every aspect of the build, from the key work to the hand soldered posts and tone hole rings.

Finishes and engraving

Each of the four unique finishes offers an entirely different palette of tonal colors for the player to create their own individual sound.

To complete the presentation each saxophone is engraved using either a precision laser or is done entirely by hand.

From the traditional Gold Lacquer, to the pioneering use of Black Nickel Plating, the innovative finishing technique of the Vintage, or the astoundingly beautiful Shadow, the Keilwerth Saxophone offers something for every player in any style of music.
